Jayplas take sorted materials from our recovery/sortation facilities and reprocess the plastic polymer types HDPE, LDPE, PET and PP into high-quality recycled polymers capable of replacing virgin polymers in food-grade or non-grade packaging.

rHDPE Pellet
Jayplas rHDPE (natural) pellet is FDA-approved, odourless and available in various colours, including natural, blue, green, yellow and pink (various colours are FDA approved equivalent), a sustainable choice suitable for multiple applications, including blow molding and extrusion processes.
Jayplas rHDPE pellets are made from only UK post-consumer HDPE plastic packaging bottles, supplied from our plastic recovery facility (PRF) in South Normanton and from other UK waste management facilities.
The technology employed in our North Thoresby facility allows us to produce a deodorised rHDPE pellet, suitable for applications demanding a near-virgin plastic resin to make the end packaging product, such as milk bottles or any food-grade packaging product using HDPE, like personal care and laundry.

rPET Flake and Pellet
Jayplas fully automated hot wash recycling and reprocessing facility in Corby uses the highest standards and latest technology to produce premium-quality, technically consistent, clear rPET flake.
Jayplas rPET flakes and pellet are made from only UK post-consumer plastic packaging bottles, supplied by our plastic recovery facility (PRF) in South Normanton and other UK waste management facilities.
Jayplas rPET flakes are a super cleaned, hot-washed clear rPET flake, that are suitable for onward processing by convertors for various applications, food and non-food grade, including PET bottles, PET food trays, personal care, laundry packaging and fibre products.
Jayplas rPET flakes are RecyClass-approved. RecyClass is a Recycling Process Audit Scheme in line with EN 15343:2007, which demands a full audit of our facility to ensure our recycling processes, procedures, and associated management systems meet full compliance and traceability of the recycled plastics we produce.

rLDPE Pellet
Jayplas has a unique process that produces an rLDPE pellet consistent in technical properties. Only plastic packaging waste collected in the UK is used from our flexible plastics sorting facility in Smethwick and other UK-sorted flexible packaging supplies.
Jayplas rLDPE pellets are available in various colours and are EuCertPlast certified for post-consumer plastic recycling. EuCertPlast recognises high operating standards, quality management, environmental standards, and full traceability in the supply chain.

rPP Pellet
rPP pellet is available in various colours. It is suitable for manufacturing flexible packaging, including packaging labels, furniture, crates, containers, caps and closures, flowerpots and automotive parts.
Jayplas have two facilities producing rPP pellets of different technical properties and colours. All infeed materials are UK post-consumer packaging.
Jayplas rPP pellet at our North Thoresby facility is awaiting FDA and EFSA approval, enabling its use in various food packaging applications.
